DIMITRI SHINN

Dimitri Shinn joined Second Life in September 2008 after seeing an article about it on CNN.com. Intrigued with wanting to know more, he dipped his toes into the grid to test the linden water and never looked back. Seeing so many avatars with various styles inspired him to want to find his own distinctive look.
Having approached Maddox early in his SL about styling advice, and wanting to become a stylist in Second Life, Dimitri went on to produce his own style blog – emulating and creating so many different looks. With this, he entered the Le Look Stylist of the month competition and won, and from then on, he became more recogniseable, notably for working as the Manager of Damiani Fashion Design, a stylist for AVENUE, ICON Magazine Fashion Icon of the month, ICON’s Monthly Featured Model and prominently now as a KMADD Stylist.

Dimitri met Maddox DuPont early in his SL wanting to become a stylist in Second Life, he sought guidance and inspiration. Since then Dimitri went on to produce his own style blog – emulating and experimenting with different looks. Dimitri was featured as Fashion Icon of the month in ICON Magazine and was ICON’s Monthly Featured Model. He has won Le Look Stylist of the month competition and currently styles for AVENUE and KMADD.

Dimitri also works as a Manager for Damiani Fashion Design.

EMI BADE

Emi started her modelling career in early 2008 represented by Faces. Glam Magazine Launch Show was the 1st modelling work for Emi, giving her first hand experience in modelling. Soon after, Emi was invited by Miabella Foxley to join [IDA]. In both agencies she attended number of shows and has participated in photography assignments as well.

Emi enjoys supporting charity shows organized by NPO. Besides modelling work, Emi worked as a negotiator and as a translator for Japanese designers. The Japanese Designers’ Show of [IDA] is her best memory for her in Second Life. Emi co-organised the show in which 12 Japanese designers participated in.

Emi works as a stylist for KMADD, is General manager for Ce Cubic effect, fashion editor for BiancaF and brand model for AOHARU and GG couture.

ALDERO AKAMI

Aldero Akami’s love for computer games and art has finally delivered him to the doorsteps of KMADD.

An Illustrator in Real Life and with 4 years of studying in this competitive field, Second Life has proven to be a worth while universe to apply his talents. With a beast of a gaming machine in one hand, and Photoshop in the other, he has taken on SL photography with ease.

“I make images, that’s what I do, that’s what I enjoy. I always used to dress my avatar, change every 5 minutes, make a new outfit, take a picture, perhaps build something along the way… and now I get paid for it.”

VOLCOM PRAGA

Volcom joined Second Life just a few days before Christmas 2007, after seeing it advertised on Television, Volcom Praga quickly began experimenting with fashion in the Virtual world.

After a chance meeting with Maddox DuPont in his MADesigns Store, he was encouraged to become a stylist and began working with a wide range of clients to create made-to-order looks, in addition to his own quickly growing inventory of fashion must-have’s.

Six months later Volcom continues his work with KMADD as a Stylist and now writes for MAD Image – titles he wears proudly.

RIZZA SODERSTORM

Rizza wasn’t a newbie in SL for too long. Who could have guessed when he stumbled on Maddox one week in SL and daringly IMed him to ask just how one could look that hot, that Rizza would soon develop a style all of his own.

It was not long after that Rizza joined MAD Agency as a model and was voted as 25 most beautiful

people of SL by Best of SL Magazine. Now a stylist and writer for MAD Image & KMADD, Rizza contributes some of the most original ideas to the pool.

Challenging, daring and true sex symbol he adds spice to already hot group.

THALIA JIE

Thalia is an accomplished Second Life model. Her runway and print experience include working with some of the best modeling agencies in Second Life. She’s appeared in various fashion magazines, written extensively about designers and fashion style and also worked as a fashion magazine editor.

Thalia’s commitment to fashion is absolute. When asked what essential items she’d take to a desert island she replied without hesitation: “ruby red lipstick, black stiletto heels and a black velvet cocktail hat”.

Kirk and Maddox are the guys behind number of the leading fashion businesses in Second Life, but they are best know for:

Maddox and Kirk have nearly 2 years experience in appearance and fashion in Second Life. They contribute reglularly to various fashion publications and blogs in form of photography, fashion editorials and magazine articles on male style in Second Life.
