KMADD Reinvented reopens TODAY

For the past 3 years, KMADD City visitors have enjoyed the convenience of having the top brands for men all in one place. During this time we offered free stores to over 100 established and up and coming designers for men, thus increasing their exposure and popularity. We provided a one-stop-shop for style and appearance services/products that have improved the lives of thousands of SL residents.

As KMADD City has grown, so has KMADD as a brand. Originally, MADesigns only had male shapes, but now caters to both male and female clientele – offering shapes, hair, skin and eyes.

Due to the natural progression of our business, the space at KMADD City has become limited. We were not only in need of more prims to be able to keep releasing new products, but all the unique textures on the sim have created lag – which has impacted on shopping experience at KMADD. Therefore, some changes to our current set up were needed.

Today, we have unofficially reopened KMADD and started to set in motion changes that will revolutionize how you shop in Second Life.

Our new store combines all our products (MADesigns) and services (MAD Agency, MAD Image, MAD Studio) under one roof. While our initial plans will be focused on our own brand, rest assured we will not forget our KMADD City Designers.

Fashion has always been at the heart of our business and it will continue to be so in new and exciting ways. Gone are the days of stale stores in malls; our compact, low lag format and projects that will keep fashion at KMADD fresh and exciting are just around the corner. Here are just some of the things we got planned for you:

KMADD City Renovations

Huge changes to the current KMADD set up are just around the corner. This post explains the reasons for the change and will give you a peek at exciting times ahead.

As KMADD City has grown, so has KMADD as a brand. Originally, MADesigns only had male shapes, but now caters to both male and female clientele – offering shapes, hair, skin and eyes.

On November 25th, KMADD City will be closed and cleared out completely to make way for the new KMADD store. This store will combine all our products and services (MAD Agency, MAD Image, MAD Studio) under one roof. While our initial plans will be focused on our own brand, rest assured we will not forget our KMADD City Designers.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Helping us manage the enormous workload of putting all this together will be our new appointed KMADD manager Eve Petlyakov. Rest assured that all customer service inquiries will still be handled by me and my partner Kirk Claymore. Eve will be more focusing on public relations and the implementation of new marketing strategies. Eve will also be managing designers and educating KMADD customers on the products and services available to them.

KMADD is committed to bringing you the best in both male and female fashion in an exciting new format that saves time and keeps you up to date with latest season looks, without having to hunt across the grid or visit stale mall stores.

So with only two weeks left, now is the time to visit KMADD City and shop till you drop! You can obtain a list of brands currently available at KMADD (KMADD City Designer directory) and direct teleport to their store from KMADD City information panel in our store (near tp).

We have released new hair colors today and our FREE hair style SLIDE is textured in all new colors so you can use it to sample the palette.

• We perfected and kept our previous colors, adding number of new shades customers have been asking for. Please note: color names and groups might have changed slightly in this release.
• We introduced Multi-tonal colors for added realism.
• Metal, Black Shine and Club Black are new & exciting colors in our black range.
• We added Ash Gray broadening white/silver colors often neglected by hair designers.
• We also expanded our red hair collection adding brightness and richness to it.
• The most exciting in this release is single color collection which offers customer unique colors not present in color packs for as low as L$180L.
• You can now purchase each color pack at a discount (all reds, all blondes, all blacks, all browns) as well as our complete color collection which attracts more than 50% discount.

MADesigns @ SKIN/SHAPE Expo ‘09 FEMALE RELEASES

ABOUT EXPO RELEASES

One of the best things that has happened to MADesigns Female collection this year was Thalia Jie. Thalia who most of you know as regular on MAD Image blog has helped restyle almost our entire collection in addition almost daily posts on MAD Image and new releases that have seen MADesigns female collection triple in size.

Very soon you will see Female shapes departmentalized at MADesigns in similar way as male collection, which would make it easier to select a shape based on style, build or age. But until then we thought we make it easier for you, so same as we did with male collection during Expo we basically hand picked around 50 female shapes some of our very best, the ones that we liked and our customers said they like. And that is in addition to 8 shapes that you see on this page done by the one and only Thalia Jie.

All our shapes are COPY / MODIFY / NO TRANSFER

SHAPE MODIFICATIONS

We would just like to remind you that all MADesigns shapes come with free personalized adjustment; if the body is not to your liking by simply contacting us we can make changes to suit your needs. If you feel confident however making changes yourself know that all MADesigns shapes are MODIFY and have correct proportions already that all you need to do is change body thickness, shape height and muscle tone to achieve desired look.
