Baroque Lace

My hat obsession continues with this frivolous lace cocktail hat and lace accessorized gown.

The gown from Prelude has wonderful lace detailing, in the sleeves, collar and hem line. Look closely at the hemline, there’s a subtle lace prim attachment for each leg to work with the system skirt. It’s a lovely detail. Pretty button details on the cuffs and a choice of different jacket options to create either a plain waist line or, as shown here, a high waisted “belt detail”. An additional folder comes with the outfit where all the prim attachments are duplicated and have a resize script. Also included are extra clothing items for a trouser outfit for a more casual look. This is a really well thought out outfit with lots of different options to mix and match.

The Skin Tight skins from Myrtle Spyker are my latest discovery. With their sculpted and shaded cheekbones and rich eye and lip makeup they create a sultry and dramatic look.
