Very basic tip still some may not know about it. We are covering basics here 😉
Making outfits is quick and easy process of changing what you wear when you do not have enough time to put new outfits together.
HOW TO MAKE OUTFITS
Make an outfit – skin, hair, eyes, shape, clothing, accessories, lighting and even AO – attach all items that you would like to wear.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not make any adjustments to any of the items till you have made an outfit.
Next, go to Appearance (right-click on your Avatar and select Appearance from pie menu)
At the bottom of Appearance screen next to Save All and Close buttons there is MAKE OUTFIT button. Click on this…
New Screen appears – Rename the outfit – eg Formal Wear, Dance Look ~ something that you will remember the outfit by
Check all the boxes that are not checked – especially skin, hair, eyes & shape
I do not suggest you rename the items as you will not know what they are and if they are no copy they would be hard to find.
Click SAVE. You will find folder with your outfit under CLOTHING
FINAL STEP – Edit hair, jewlery, sleeves etc. all you want as everything you are wearing now is in the separate folder and has been copied.
Next time you are in the rush all you have to do is drag and drop the folder on your Avatar and you will change instantly
I M P O R T A N T
I have found that although the items are copy and they have been checked some do not transfer to folder even when checked. Simply check that everything is there when you are done – copy and paste any items that are missing.
Items that are no copy will be transferred to this folder and will no longer be in their original folder they came in when you purchased them. Keep this in mind.
