MECHANISM Show follow up notes and what I wore

On Saturday, MAD Agency presented Mechanism Fashion Show featuring designs of Kobe Flatley.

As always I show you what I wore as a host of the show and you also get to preview new hair from MADesigns.

Casual everyday.

With so much happening this weekend, being able to gain access to this particular MAD Agency show was not that hard. Sim capacity was pushed to 75 and we managed to fill the sim by the show’s start.

Mechanism opened their first store in 2008 nearly 12 months ago at KMADD City. I was particularly attached to this show as I met Kobe from his early days of Mechanism and saw him grow as a designer and a person. It is no secret that we are good friends and he is loads of fun to hang around with, so this show filled me with pride and happiness for him.

I made very simple style for the opening. The build was quite urban and being casual yet looking presentable was what was needed.

STYLE TIP

I added small white details in a form of jewellery so to pick up on white of the belt. Unfortunately, you will not find my ring and bracelet on sale as they are made by our MAD Image stylist Aldero Akami for his friends and besides he can not be bothered packaging it. LoL.

I used shoes to reflect knit emblem color and introduce new colors to the mix while staying within same hues. I used Burberry texture and olive laces for this.

In addition to some of MAD Agency regular tracks music was provided by designer himself. I just picked the tracks that best suited this show and arranged them in certain order to drive mood and atmosphere of the show. This is eclectic collection as always, I hope you like it.
